Everybody thinks that the seaside is the place where you can fill your lungs with good old fashioned sea air, but how good is this sea air for you? Lets start with the good points to going on a beach holiday, and why it is good for your health, then we can make a decision later

Swine flu has spread so much. The virus which initially broke out in Mexico is set to bite the whole globe as the wintertime approaches. Here in the United kingdom we have seen that swine influenza has wiped out thousands of people and is set to wipe out thousands more over the following coming months. Read the rest of this entry »

Many pharmacies across the UK are seeing sales rise as the Swine flu pandemic becomes more wide spread. The majority of them have seen items such as thermometers, wipes and hand gels sell out, however, many are also promoting nutritional supplements.

As the sun is reaching in it is important to not only put sun lotion on but to also get out there and soak it up! The sun provides us with the biggest dose of vitamin D possible. Swine Influenza has taken the entire globe by surprise, the virus is spreading faster then anything we have experienced earlier and people are panicking. In the UK itself, a huge amount of people have already contracted the virus and we have seen many deaths. (London, UK) A female office worker had to be rushed to hospital when her hair got caught up in the rotating blades of a desk fan, causing lacerations to her scalp and severe blood loss. Secretary Emily Hutnyk, aged 24, who works at a multinational telecoms company in central London, used the fan to try and cope with the record-breaking heatweave that recently struck the United Kingdom . Thermometers in the captial city rose to as high as 35 Centigrade (95 F) on July 1st, which meant if you worked in an office in London the conditions could become rather unbearable.
